Initial Request: They are looking for a way to improve the operations in their branches around vault and key processes. They rely on manual paper logs for access and dual control today, which is cumbersome, outdated, and creates audit challenges. They are looking for a way to digitize these processes.

Initial Thoughts from Tristan: While this isn't on our roadmap, it is something I've explored before. There is one solution that I'm aware of on the market today. Given that Vantage West Credit Union is looking for a way to improve operations and audit controls at their locations, this might be a good segway into what we have built so far for operational efficiency, what we have in the pipeline for branch asset control, and integrating digital logs would I believe be a perfect marriage to the underlying theme and value behind HiveIQ and cash management.
